Content and use
This website presents AXE CASH, its stores and services. Orders cannot be placed directly on this website. Terms for purchases, sales and services are provided for each transaction or on the platform used.
Text, photographs, graphics and logos are protected by their respective owners’ rights. Reuse beyond statutory exceptions requires their permission. Marketplace and media trademarks remain the property of their owners.
We seek to keep the information accurate and may update it. Please report errors using the contact details above. Nothing here limits statutory guarantees or consumer rights. External services have their own terms and privacy policies.
How ratings are calculated
Ratings and review counts come from the Google listings of our five stores and our Leboncoin, Vinted, Back Market and eBay accounts. Updates are scheduled hourly; the latest valid value may be retained temporarily if a source is unavailable.
The overall rating is a weighted average based on review counts, using each platform’s published rating. For eBay, the positive-feedback percentage for the last twelve months is converted to a score out of 5 (percentage ÷ 20) and weighted by the available total seller-feedback count. The indicator therefore combines different methods and periods; it does not recount individual reviews.
This website does not collect reviews directly or independently verify the purchases behind them. Platform links let you consult the original reviews.
Your personal data
AXE CASH, at the address above, is the controller for the operation of this website and the handling of requests addressed to it.
Answering your request
The contact form collects your first name, surname, email address, selected store, subject and message. These fields are required for submission and processing. Your message is emailed to the selected store and may be handled by management where necessary.
Depending on the request, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Keeping the service secure
Technical connection and browsing data, including IP addresses and information needed to detect abuse, may be processed to protect the site and limit automated submissions. This is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise.
Recipients and retention
Data is accessible to authorised AXE CASH staff and, within their assigned tasks, hosting, email and anti-abuse providers. It may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
Correspondence is retained while your request and follow-up are handled. Where it concerns a transaction, complaint or dispute, necessary records may be kept for the applicable statutory retention or limitation periods. Retention therefore depends on the nature and outcome of the request; there is no single period for all messages.
Submission-rate counters use short windows of fifteen minutes and one hour. Technical logs rotate according to their volume, so their actual retention varies with activity. This notice does not mean that the website automatically deletes messages on a fixed date.
Cookies and third-party services
Technical mechanisms may be needed to secure the form and operate the website. Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise analyses technical signals to distinguish human use from automated submissions and may use trackers for this purpose.
The website also loads a Google Ads tag for advertising measurement, which may transmit browsing information and use cookies. Continuing to browse does not constitute consent to advertising trackers. This notice describes their presence; it is not a consent mechanism.
Google services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Google’s terms describe processing locations and applicable safeguards, including GDPR transfer mechanisms. See Google’s privacy policy, the Google Cloud data-processing terms and Google’s cookie information.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect certain functions, including form protection. Platform ratings are retrieved by our server: displaying them does not require your browser to connect to those platforms. Following an external link is subject to the operation of the destination service.
Exercising your rights
Depending on the processing and its legal basis, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Under French law, you may also give instructions about your data after your death.
Email direction@axecash.fr with the subject “Personal data”, or write to AXE CASH’s registered office. Describe your request and provide details to locate your correspondence. Proof of identity will only be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
We normally respond within one month. This may be extended by two months for complex or numerous requests, after informing you. You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.
